We will explore each of the seven pillars within the proven Enterprise Business Agility℠ model, developing the skills needed to lead a transformation within each pillar. Through collective discovery brainstorming, collaborative discussions, and focused breakout sessions, you'll gain concrete solutions tailored to your specific transformation challenges.

EBAS® Strategist answers the questions:
  • How do we facilitate the creation, deployment and execution of the organizational strategy?
  • How do we align the company to what is important?

Eric Adames

Eric is a business agility strategist, coach, and trainer with over 20 years working on large and complex business transformation initiatives across multiple sectors and industries. He has extensive experience coaching and mentoring executive teams, change leaders at all levels of the organization.

He also served as a coach for the corporate lean portfolio team; Leading development teams and implementation of transformation strategies in technology, transportation, telecommunications, financial services and banking.

He has extensive experience working in the Latin American banking sector helping senior executives organize and prepare for change programs throughout the company. To achieve key benefits from strategic clarity, organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency and leveraging innovation to create a differentiated competitive advantage.

His passion for coaching and teaching comes from his experience in developing people and teams, which is now ingrained as a guiding principle in his company "SendoAgil".  He founded 8 years ago with the mission of transforming the way we work.

Eric's approach to transformation is holistic and he believes in challenging established processes, mental models and culture.

Cuando esté listo para realizar el examen, inicie sesión en la plataforma comunitaria SAFe para acceder al examen.
Cuando finalice el cronómetro del examen, se entregará el examen, independientemente del número de preguntas respondidas. Se calculará una puntuación en función del número de preguntas respondidas. Las preguntas sin respuesta se marcarán automáticamente como incorrectas. Si termina de responder todas las preguntas antes de que finalice el tiempo del examen, puede hacer clic en el botón "Enviar" y se calculará su puntaje.

Cuando inicie el examen, se le pedirá que revise y acepte el Candidate Agreement antes de comenzar el examen. Los exámenes están cronometrados y el cronómetro estará visible durante todo el examen.
